Deacon Ricardo Villacorta, a parishioner of Christ the King, was active in parish ministry for nearly two decades before being ordained to the Sacred Order of Deacons by Cardinal Roger Mahony on June 8, 2002. Since his ordination, Deacon Ricardo has been very involved in the life of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. He is a passionate advocate of Divine Mercy and has participated in the Divine Mercy Congress since its beginning.
